Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my wrist recently started hurting. If I turn my hand palm up and someone clasps fingers and pulls it feels like it want to pop. When I take my right hand and squeeze around the wrist area it pops, and relieves pressure. Any ideas of what this would be and care for it?
I advice you to, - Take analgesics + anti-inflammatory for 5days. - Steroid injection if pain is not reducing. - Rest & don't over use the affected wrist - Ice pack to relieved of pain & swelling - Xray of wrist joint with hand if pain is not settling.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
