I was lifting a 5 gallon bucket of paint and heard a crack or joint pop in my wrist. This was a month ago. It doesn t hurt except when I mimic the motion or try to do bicep curls. The pain is on my pinky side at the joint. Is there anything I need to do besides taking time for it to heal of its own?
