Suggest Treatment For Pain In Wrist And Arm

i was taking the trailer off the ball of the truck with crank the handle was being rotated to raise the trailer some how the handle made a quick spin and my wrist popped and pain shot up my arm a hard knot at the bend of my wrist on the thumb side palm facing up came up no black or blue but weak if strain to lift or pull pain shoots up arm been a week knot still there pain if i try to use my hand to do any heavy thing big knot hard to the touch but not sore unless you mash it hard

Hello

First I will advise to do x ray and rule out any unicortical fracture in your hand.
According to your history it looks that there is possibility of injury to ligament of metacarpal or phalange joint.
If you are having swelling and pain you can strap your finger to get proper rest to joint.And apply crepe bandage for support and compression.

Use ice packs to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain.
Physiotherapy with ultrasound and Tens will help you,
For early healing you can take Tab celin [vit C] and antioxidant with anti-inflammatory [Tab enzomac plus ].
