Suggest Treatment For Pain In Veins Near Joint Areas

I am a female of 28Yrs,5ft.2inch, 42Kg suffering from pain in veins near joint areas like both knees, elbows. My blood test says my ESR is 74, RBC count is 3.94 & WBC count is 12.6. An orthopaedic suggested of different kind of Arthiritis & suggested of Tab Medrol-4mg & Naprosyn-250 mg. But its been more than 20 days, its not getting ok. I m really worried about to whom i should get treated & what should i do further.

Respected Madam, hi I evaluated your question thoroughly. it is related to periarticular surface inflammation. madam you have to continue medicines at the same time * moderate leukwarm water fomentation for 15-20 min mor and eve will help .* do get yourself ambulatory if pain allows * perform light exercises at home * have patience and give the pathology time to heal dear thanks regards wishing you a fast and speedy recovery . bye take care
