Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tongue After Smoking Weed

I smoked weed and my tongue hurts a lot but it doesnt hurt because of smoking itsef, but hours after smoking my tongue began to hurt bad. Its like the lower part of the tongue and deepest. What can it be? I thought maybe it has something to do with the fact that weed makes your mouth act very weird; no saliva, too much saliva, throat usually hurt (sometimes), etc.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms there is inflammation of tongue secondary to smoking meth and it is causing pain..
Another cause of tongue inflammation and pain is dry mouth that is occurring secondary to meth smoking..
There might also be formation of small ulcers over the tongue and under the tongue as well as pain in deepest part can be due to inflamed circumvallate papillae which is present in a typical "V" shaped pattern..
Nothing to worry as the symptoms will get resolved soon but one thing that has to be taken care of is that you should completely withdraw from smoking weed.
As of now for relief you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller Ibuprofen.
Take a multivitamin tablet daily.
Avoid hot and spicy food and take a soft diet..
Chew a sugarfree chewing gum as it will stimulate saliva flow and prevent dryness in mouth..
