Hi,

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be neuromuscular and may be due to rotator cuff issues or nerve impingement. X-ray neck may be needed to read or out such compression. OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxants like tizanidine may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
