Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shin And Lower Spinal Area

Pain in shin and lower spine for several months. Does not hurt while sleeping, but hurts badly when getting get out of bed and early in the day. Aches during the day especially when getting up from chair or bed. Had ultra sound 5 months ago...negative results.

Thanks for asking me this question.

You don't mention your age.After 50 year age there is low calcium level may lead to back problems.

Disk displacement may lead to pain over back region.
Nerve compression may cause pain over affected area.

MRI is helpful for further treatment.
Ct scan helpful for bony abnormality.
