Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Legs During Physical Activity

Hii.. I am an 18 year old. I am feeling too much pain in my thighs while climbing stairs on my right leg. It has become almost impossible for me to climb stairs.. The pain goes away in just 3-5 seconds. I dont have any pain while walking, sitting or any other activity. But whenever I put my Right leg ahead while climbing, I feel extreme pain. Please advice me

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain only happens at the time of climbing then it may be due to wrong position and incorrect angle that might be causing muscular spasm or ligament pulling, better to have help from professional climber or take care for proper position that may not hurt the muscles hope this information helps.
