Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hip While Having Herniated Disc
Hello , I was taking Celebrex 2x a day for herniated disc L 4 5 . Last couple of weeks getting up from my desk after a few hours etc hip muscles painful. If I do my gym glass , it becomes a lot worse . My showers just as well . Shoulders have been bothering me for a few months s
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Pain while suffering from herniated disc is normal.Treatment options for this condition may include: different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroid shots ocassonally, physiotherapy, surgery.I will suggest you try the following: -Take a pain drug like aceclofenac -A myorelaxant like miorel -Hire a Physiotherapist for massage The management of shoulder pain may be the same as for herniated disc pain if not of inflammatory origin.I will suggest you just observe on this treatment and see the Doctor if pain persist.
