Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Blood in stool always indicative of bleeding from distal/terminal portion of GIT I.e. from large intestine to anus.

In your case, you also seem to be having anal fissure which could be the reason of your blood in stool but the other causes must be ruled out like large bowel obstruction, ulcerative colitis, intussuception etc.

You may require thoroughly clinical examination with proctoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out any other lower GIT etiologies.

You may require antibiotics(quinolones-ofloxacin with antiprotozoals- metronidazole/ornidazole) with topical steroids and antihistamines to prevent bleeding if it is coming from anus otherwise treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause.

Consult general surgeon for further advise immediately.

Thanks and Regards
