Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ear

hi, i am 22 years old. I used to listen loudly music in my headphone.
few days before without any reason i cleaned my year deeply with cotton bud. after 1 or 2 days i become feeling pain in my middle of the ear lightly and when i take part in a noise place then i feel pain lightly and feel headache in my upper middle of my head.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to cleaning the ear too deep there has been injury to the ear drum..
There may or may not be rupture of the eardrum but there seems to be inflammation of the ear drum..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and Otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis..
In case if there is only Inflammation anti-inflammatory painkillers and steroids will help in relief..
In case of perforation of ear drum small perforation can be treated will antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers, steroids and decongestant can heal..
In case if perforation is large that does not seems to be your case surgical patching is advisable..
You should avoid exposure to loud sounds, avoid ear phones and water exposure like swimming..
