Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Buttocks Caused By A Fall
I fell heavily on my bottom a week ago when coming off my bicycle. The pain is in both buttocks but doesn t seem to be easing. These is no bruising. It is especially sore when using the muscles e.g going upstairs. Do you have any advice as it is going on for a long time now. Many thanks Chrissie

I suggest you to rest and don't do exercise. You can use ibuprofen to relieve pain. Usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks to recover.
