Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles

I m having testicular pain that is moderate to severe with nothing really easing it up. There is no swelling that I can tell, but it seems as though either my scrotum has shrunk or the testicles have enlarged because it feels like there is no room left in there.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
The pain is likely to be due to a mild orchitis or testicular inflammation.
This can be confirmed by:
1. getting it examined by an Urologist.
2. blood routine ,creatnine,RBS,LFT,platelets,VDRL,HIV and HbsAg tested.
3. scrotal doppler ultrasound scan done.
The reports will give an idea of the cause of pain and get it treated.
