Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles
Hi doctor, my age is 24. I have been feeling pain in my right balls from an year. Have consulted many doctors but I am still having the same problem. Whenever I wear normal size pant, the right side balls heat up and start paining and the situation becomes out of control.so I always prefer wearing loose pants.i feel that there is some contraction/expansion in my balls when I change my clothes and sit in my boxers. I am not able to work continuously in the office,have to get up after every 45 mins because of pain. Can you recommend any good doctor in Mumbai for this case ? Or any solutions. I went for my entire body checkup except scrotum x Ray and everything is normal.

Since you are having this pain ( on the right testicles due to tight undergarments i.e paint etc ) for the last ONE year , this is a cause of concern.
Such mild pain in the scrotum or testis may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Varicocele , the pain is more frequent and more troublesome in hot CLIMATE ( tight paint also causes pressure as well hotness ) .
2 Chronic epididmo=orchitis , inflammation of epididymis .
3 Cancer ,since this is for one year , however , there are remote chance of cancer.
Since you are so young so most probable cause is varicocele , consult a SURGEON and get his opinion as physical examination is important in such cases.
