General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Most of the people in the population have the left testicle a bit lower than the right by natural normal phenomenon.
It looks to be a bit more than the normal range. This gives rise to a longer cord making testicle more mobile in its covering tunica. This may be the reason for recurrent partial torsion causing you pain.
Another reason can be a varicocele which on filling can also cause a pain.
Rarely recurrent Epididymo-orchitis can be the reason for pan.
Ultrasonography with color doppler and a physical examination by an Urologist will give diagnosis.
You may need a Surgery to correct the problem.
