Welcome to health care magic.

.The history suggest possibility of the recurrent inflammatory changes post trauma, haematoma formation, partial / part ischemic changes in the testis.
.In this case the investigation of the choice include examination followed by ultrasound scrotum.
.Ultrasound will help the reason for the swelling weather from the testis itself or surrounding fluid collection or vascular / chord dilatation, and condition of testis and blood supply can be assessed.
.In case of inflammatory changes the parenchyma changes will be seen.
.Suggest get an appointment and investigate and treated accordingly. Good luck.
