Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tailbone

Hi, I recently went to a swimming hole and jumped off a cliff into the water from approximately 15-20m high. When I hit the water a sharp pain hit my tailbone and it has been in pain since. I have also noticed a dimple just above my tailbone. Is this related and what should I do?
