Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
There is a possibility of minor hairline fracture considering your symptoms. I would advise you to go for radiograph of chest pa view to rule out fracture. Please wear rib belt for 2 weeks to give rest to rib cage. Start taking tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day for 5 days. And hope for the best.
