Suggest Treatment For Pain In Middle Of Chest After A Sport Injury

I got hit hard in the middle of the chest during a basketball game. The girl is around my size around 5 8 and is bigger than me width size. I am rather fit but slim and she is fit but big. During a layup she slammed into me and her elbow sunk into the middle of my chest. It hurts when I do sharp movements and when I talk and.. It just hurts.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are probably having soft tissue injury of chest. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It is unlikely to be a fracture however you can get x ray of chest done to exclude fracture. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. I think your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
