Ultrasonography or CT scan of abdomen to confirm or rule out the probable diagnosis as mentioned above out of which appendicitis and ovarian cyst may need urgent surgery. If the is no surgical cause then a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole can help to solve the problems along with symptomatic treatment with painkillers, Omeprazole and as needed.
