Hi,
Thanks for asking
could you upload your chest x ray or its reports and what kind of medicine you had taken . It will help me to better suggestion
As you told that there is no bone broken that means your Chest X ray shows no bony injuries ( no fracture) But the Pain still persists even after three weeks
Is pain is same as it was 3 weeks ago or mild?
any way ,gentaly apply some "Diclofenac Gel locally " take Diclofenac based tablet and contact to Orthopedics Surgeon , may need to repeat Chest Xray after physical examination of your injured site.
Thank you
Dr Kumar Abhishek
