Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Arm With Normal Chest X-ray And EKG

Hello, for years I have had back issues due to bad discs in my neck. For the last couple of days I have had aching in my left arm, mostly the upper muscle area and palm. How do I know if this is a nerve issue or a heart issue. I had an EKG and chest x-ray within the year and both were fine.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the test of EKG and x-ray are unremarkable then this is not the heart disease or any spinal disk disease but this could be muscular pain and this can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen, Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone once in day, everything would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
