General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the pain in hips and tingling leg indicates significant effects of nerve compression (right sciatic). Though there will be primary relief with analgesic and other medications, if the symptomatic severity is great, consideration of decompression surgery is mandatory at this stage after discussion with treating neurologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
