Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hand And Fingers

I fell off of a mechanical bull last night, I have pain in the top of my hand by my pinky and ring fingers, I also have slight pain in palm under the spots that I just mentioned. There is pain when pressure is applied and a warm sensation in the part of my hand that hurts, is it worth going to an er?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I have studied your case with diligence

Do ice application, and thrombhophobe ointment may help and give rest to hand and wrist.
You can apply crepe bandage for support.

You may need X ray of hand to rule out any minor fracture.
You can consult your doctor by taking appointment, apparently it does not seems like emergency.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
