Suggest Treatment For Pain In Foot And Elevated Creatine Level

my husband has been dealing with gout for 10 to 12 months, terrible pain in the foot....several different kinds of gout medicine. he had blood work done last week, kidney test, the creatine was elevated, protein in the urine, the uric acid was at a normal level. I am concered, about the protein in the urine, and what can he do to get back on track, and could the creatine and protein in the blood work, cause the terrible pain in the foot. and could it be a false reading on the gout? Here you go, appreciate your response....thanks. sheils
