Suggest Treatment For Pain In Feet Due To Plantar Fasciitis

i was diagnosed with flat feet, after an ankle sprain last March, after wearing a medical soft boot, I started to have pain in my toes whenever I put pressure on my foot, the Dr. advised I had planter and something starting with a f word, I had lifts done for my shoes. it lasts for a short period. Now, the pain is back and my foot is aching under the arch up to my big toe. I have soaked my feet, but the swelling is through my entire foot, I cannot see my ankle bone, its just all rounded. I ache 2 inches below my big toe, bottom of my foot. should I put my medical boot back on so I dont further injure my foot? carol

This clear cut that because of wrong boot or footwear you must be having such symptoms and swelling so better to have opinion from the orthopaedic surgeon and not advisable to managed this on your own hope this information helps take care
