Suggest Treatment For Pain In Esophagus While Swallowing Food

Sir, when I swallo any thing even my slaviya I feel pain in my food pipe. it is sine last two days. I cousulted my doctor he says it is a case of acidity he gave me acidity medicines but I it is still paining. In 1998 my gallblader was removed due to stone. Since then I am having acidity problem regularly. However I take utmost care not to eat spicy and heavy food. Kindly give your advice. Thanks

If i am your doctor i would like to go for endoscopy. As you have pain in food pipe it may be due to Ulcer or severe gasto-esophageal reflux disease(GERD). GERD may be due to other cause like hitus hernia. Proton pump inhibitor with gastric motility agent may work along with antacid gel. But for chronic symptom you should go for detailed evaluation.
