General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, pain in clitoris with abrasion, elevated blood sugar and antibiotic consumption for scalp abscess seems to be fungal infection related from lowering of physiologic vaginal flora.

My guidelines at present:
- Keep vagina clean with antiseptic liquid or soap (as dettol or savlon)
- Local application of neosporin or polymycin cream
- Wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears
- Avoid tight undergarments or jeans
- Vigilant control of blood sugar
- Supportive pre and pro biotics with lacto bacillus

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
