General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
For pain you may take NSAIDS like tab ibugesic and tab. Paracetamol combination. If it is severe first you should get Xray spine done and MRI spine if needed after discussing with orthopaedic doctor ,to rule out any serious injury.
Until you see a doctor , you may also use ibugesic gel to decrease the pain.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you.
Regards, Dr.Maheshwari
