Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen When Diagnosed With Internal Hemorrhoids

Hello, I m 24 years old, I was diagnosed with an internal hemorrhoid about a week ago, and I have been having a burning pain in my upper left part of my abdomen and down the lower right side of my abdomen for a couple days now. I have also had lower back pain, but I thought that could have been due to lifting 50 lb bags at work, but it all gets worse if I walk, and the back pain hurts to bend over and sometimes leads to pain in my lower right abdomen. My main concern is appendicitis, but I have not had a known fever, nor nausea, or a loss of appetite whatsoever. I feel like I have had to poop a lot more, it comes randomly, and is very loose. Not to mention, there is still blood from the hemmorid on the toilet paper. Any idea what it could be, should I go to the hospital? Or anything I should take? Thank you in advance for any help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Based on your symptoms I think you could be having acute gastritis, or non specific colitis, or urinary tract infection. I advise you to take antispasmodics and antacids. If the symptoms doesn't subside then get ultrasound and urine examination done to rule out any underlying pathology.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
