Suggest Treatment For Pain During Urination And Sex
Hi I am a 25 year old male and 6 months back I have had high amount of rbc roughly between 10 - plenty during different tests. There is pain while urinating and sex.. WBC count is normal and all other tests are normal. Few bacteria present in urine sample. No casts,crystals nothing. Please help

Hi dear.Suspect urinary tract infection.I were start on antibiotic course(Ofloxacin) and K-Cit syrup to relieve pain, burning sensation during urination.Suggest you to have plenty of oral fluids.However recurrent episodes needs to be evaluated by doing ultrasonography, X-ray KUB to localize the infection.Hope this answers your query.Get well soon.
