Suggest Treatment For Pain Below The Sternum

Hi I m a 38 yr old female. History of : SVT Gastric bypass Low blood pressure Reactive hypoglycemia B12 and D deficiency Emergency c-section Incisional hernia Hiatal hernia Gallbladder out My heart is Pounding. I am not in svt it s pounding hard not fast. As I lay on my back I can see my stomach bouncing with my heartbeat. Also there have been many tests and no one can tell me why but I get a terrible pain just below my breastbone and I violently dry heave and lay in the fetal position for anywhere from 12 hrs to 3 days. No relief from bottles of pepto, tums, Zantac

Hello,

I think you should get further evaluated and an endoscopy may be needed to evaluate better the stomach mucosa. Ulcers may be a cause of this oain. You may need to take vitamin B 12 to help with this deficiency.
