Hi,

A picture of your infected toe nails is needed to give a more precise answer.

The very first thing is to determine the type of infection as medications prescribed depend on the type of infection. For this, it is important to know:
- if the bed of toe nails are red, swollen and with pus coming out, then, you might need to apply antibiotic cream at the nail bed
- if the bed is not affected, but only the toe nail, then, I advise to:
wash with warm water and salt
apply gentian violet solution on the nail and on the surrounding soft tissue
apply anti fungal cream locally.

All the best!
