Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling Sensation On Head

Is it possible to have shingles without a rash? Started in late June with pain in back corner (right side) of head & moved down to neck. Pain / tingling / hurt to move hair (shoulder length) or pull back (it was Hot 90*s) & had headache starting from there off & on for a couple weeks. Now have itch under skin of left fore arm & can pin point it. Area around it is sensitive (nothing visible). Also pain inside of same arm elbow. is painful to touch. 2 days ago the base of the little finger felt upon waking & all day like it was being poked by a fine sliver - like cactus. (that has disappeared) Had severe chickenpox 55 years ago. Even with online discount, shingles vaccine is still $250 @ Walmart.
