Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling On The Knee

I am at the border of ostroprocess. Right now having knee problems, degenerating of bones, gap between the joints is decreasing, the cartelge is pressed or damaged. Few days back as I was moving backwards, something happened and I couldn t put my right foot on the floor. Within two hours I had a lot of pain and was unable to walk due to swelling under my knee which disappear in the night but swelling started left side of the right knee with a lot of pain. But Dr told me that it s a baker.the fluid from the knee went under than went back. Nothing can be done. I still have pain and swelling on the left side of the knee and problem in walking. It hearts under the knee and swelling increases if I walk and decreases if I do nothing. I am taking Neuberol fort and Cartigin tablets. Problem is still there.

Hello. My name is Dr Dorina Gurabardhi.I think your diagnosis is rheumatoid arthritis. The arthritis cant be cured but the simtoms such as pain can be relieved. The types of medications recommended depend on the severity of your symptoms and how long you've had rheumatoid arthritis. So you csn use:
-NSAIDs such as ibuprofen 400mg,naproxen 500 mg,piroxicam
-corticosteroids such as prednisone 5mg
-sulfasalazine that slow the progression of arthritis
-other remedies as fish oil
local gels for the pain such as deep relief or voltaren gel.If it gets worse you should leave an appointment with the local orthoped.
