Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think you are suffering bony injury(fracture) hip. Rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals) are given to relieve pain. You should get x ray done to confirm fracture .You can see an orthopedician. These fracture generally require operation. So you will require hospitalization.I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
