Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Wrist

I started to get a pain in my wrist after shoveling snow all day and then it led to both wrists. The next it swelled up rite below my wrist n when I try to rotate my wrist or bend you can feel the tendons inside rubbing together making a cracking noise. If I put my hand rite below my wrist u can actually feel the rubbing like a cracking feel if that makes sense. It s been going on for about week and the pain is still there.
