General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I'm dr.Fahad Khan, I have reviewed your case and I'll try my best to be of utmost help.
First of all i need to know that what sort of job you do ? do you have a long standing job ??
This seems like "vericose veins"
Secondly you need to do a "doppler ultrasound" of the leg.
In the meanwhile, try avoiding any long standing job ,try elevating the leg during night time, put a pillow under the leg during night, use long stretchable stockings ,these are special stockings which are availble in pharmacies .These remedies will prevent the pain and swelling .
After doing the doppler ultrasound go see a surgeon and get rid of the vericosed veins by undergoing surgery.
Regards.
