Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movement In The Knee
hi, about a year ago I hyperextended my knee while on the tread mill. If I sit for to long or walk for too long the back part of my knee will hurt and it will hurt to straighten my leg out. Also, I will feel pain down the front of my shin bone. when I get up its hard to straighten my leg fully, I will feel pain in my knee. When my leg is stiff, it helps to walk

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of ligament or tendon involvement. Consult an orthopaedician and get an MRI scan done.
As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
