I think I may have a chemical burn in my perianal area from veet hair removal cream. Extremely painful Burning sensation when going to the bathroom for the past week, and seems to be some sort of lump between my vagina and anus. What is the best course of action to reduce pain and inflammation?

apply ice cold water and silver sulphazine ointment can take combiflam tablet twice daily after food twice daily for 5days.
