Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
I think that your symptoms are related to an infection.
I suggest you to do a stool test to confirm the diagnose.
Meanwhile some advices that I can give to you are:
-drinking plenty of fluids.
-take over-the-counter oral rehydration solutions (OHS)
-Eat slowly and in little portions
-Get lots of rest. You may feel tired or weak.
Depending on the result of the examination you can take antibiotic if it is a bacterial infection.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks! Regards
