Suggest Treatment For Pain And Discharge From An Uncircumcised Penis?

I am 49 yrs old ,uncircumsised, and the very tip is red with grayish greenish ,constant discharge. I suspected a std, as I had sex,3/4 days before this came about. She got checked, neg for all stds. It s been ,3/4 days now and still a discharge,. Now a small itching pain inside the tip.

Hello dear,
Your symptoms suggests you are definitely suffering from STDs infections.
STD is most common in sexually active men. It occur at any age.
Following are the STDs disease
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV

Fro your symptoms I think you are suffering from either gonorrhoea/chlamydia trichomoniasis.
It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.
For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
Following are the advice of Gonorrhea/Chlymadia:
1. Drugs: Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat, because to treat gonorrhea and chlamydia.
It also overcome ceftriaxone resistance

2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
6.Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally
7. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease.
