Suggest Treatment For Pain After Knee Injury

Yes, I have a knee injury that was checked by an orthopedic surgeon months ago. No OA, possible strain after doing lunges. Knee cleared up and returned to exercise, now have some pain when I stand up, and even pain at night in ankle and lateral calf muscle. What do you think is going on? I am 69 yo female, slightly overweight, moderately active. (hiking, walking, work-out 2x wk, swimming, biking ).
