Suggest Treatment For Pain After Bowel Movements

Hi, im experiencing a pain after my bowel movements. There is a line from the scotum that goes into the anus and its a bit swollen. And along that line right where it goes into the area, its swollen like its hard. Ive got diarrhea a few days ago. What can i do to make the swell gone?

Pobably you are having a perianal abscess or a fistulla. Take warm water sietz bath, avoid constipation, apply local anaesthetic creams take some paracetamol for pain and antibiotics for healing, consult a surgeon.
