Suggest Treatment For Paiful Bruise Caused After Leg Injury

2 weeks ago I was accidentally pinned between 2 cars. I was pinned so tight that there is a dent in the door of one of the cars from my left thigh. However, it is my right thigh that hurts as that vehicle did not bend it just pushed into my upper right thigh. The bruise is going away but it is still painful to move my leg. I can bear weight and can now walk without a limp, but when I step down off a curve or try to use my right leg to step up, it REALLY hurts and feels weak. I can not afford to see a dr if I can help it. I also now have a knot in my right calf, that is painful as well.

What cam I do to help this heal faster? I am a teacher and am on my feet all day.
Thank you for your time.
