Suggest Treatment For Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis question - I am a 57 yr old female who has been diagnosed with osteoporosis some 7 years ago. I was on Forteo for two years with some improvement and have been off of that for 2 years now. The endocrinologist I recently went to see if recommending Prolia or Reclast and says that bio identical hormone therapy is not an option. I am really concerned about any of the medications (especially IV s) in my system. Any suggestions?

You have not mentioned if you are having nay fracture due to osteoporosis or cause of osteoporosis in you. If there is no fracture and you are having post menopausal osteoprosis then you should focus on healthy diet, calcium and vitamin D and calcitonin nasal spray.
