Suggest Treatment For Osteoporosis

I suffer with untreated osteoporosis. Pulled a very heavy item across my garage on Friday with no pain but Saturday I was in ER with pain. X-ray showed fractured L7 vertabrea. I am in severe pain. No pain laying down, pain sitting and severe pain when trying to walk.
