General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Concerning your x-ray report you have developed the following
Lumber spondylosis at L3/L4 and L4/L5
Right side osteocytes at L4/L5
Left scoliosis :L1
Facet Arthropathy :L4/L5 and L5/S1

Regarding the above condition I am suggesting that you will require the following treatment as follows

Tablet lyrica for the Lumber spondylosis
Osteotomy (surgical shaving of protruded bone) for osteophytes and scoliosis

Tablet Athrotec for Facet Arthropathy

I hope this helps Regards
