Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

Like most times it's not going to affect the normal physiology. Also, the Osteoarthritis of the knee is the degenerative changes which happen due to the ageing process. Doing exercises to improve muscle strength will be of good to improve the joint space and reduce joint compression and pain.

Usually, with exercise and proper medical advice, the osteoarthritis cases respond well with a better quality of life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
