Suggest Treatment For Open Wound On Leg With Yellow Drainage

I am 23years old diabetic and have cellulitis of my left lower leg. I applied heating pads to the leg for 48hours, but leg has become more painful and develop chills. Heaviness in leg and cannot bear weight on the leg and in bed for 3days. I live alone no one to help me with meals. I have round yellow-red, 2cm diameter, 1cm deep open wound above medial malleolus with moderate amount of thick yellow drainage. Left leg red from knee to ankle, calf measures 3in on left greater than the right, temp 38.9 degrees Celsius . My weight is 83kg and height 160cm.. What is the clinical manifestation present . What is your recommendations for treatment

From your history it is clear that the wound is infected. For treatment you can take some antibiotic like augmentin or cefadroxyl after an expert advice along with akilos-p or ibugesic-plus for pain and inflammation. You can use soframycin cream or neosporin powder for local application.
